Excellent service 👏
I used the Prepaid24 service for the first yesterday and experience some problems which sent me into a panic mode 🙃 After logging a query, I was assisted by Bronwyn who walked me through the steps of fixing the problem. My token was received soon after that. I want to thank Bronwyn for the excellent customer service. No more queuing for me....Prepaid24 is my new home for electricity purchase and municipal account payments.
