Excellent service
After struggling with two different banking apps to purchase electricity, I decided to use Prepaid24. The website was easy to navigate, but because I bank with Investec, I had to pay into their ABSA account. This caused a bit of a delay initially with getting my token. They figured out I needed assistance and they actaully called me. I was helped immediately and got my token within minutes after that. Was a pleasant experience and I will definitely continue using this site to purchase my electricity going forward.
