Excellent service
On the 4th of December 2015 I registered on the prepaid24 website to buy electricity online. I wanted to find out how to buy UNIPIN prepaid electricity online as it is a hassle to always look for an Engen garage to buy my tokens from. Registration was easy enough, but I did not have my meter number with me and I didn't know how to register for UNIPIN. Melissa phoned on monday the 7th of January so find out if I had any problems because didnt complete my registration. She went the extra mile by looking up my meter number and found out under what municipality it fell under and also sent me step by step instructions on how to complete my registration. Melissa, YOU ARE AWESOME!!!! Thank you for the help! And thanks prepaid24 for taking the hassle out of buying prepaid electricity!
