Excellent service
My prepaid token did not come through as quickly as usual so I resorted to the online help option. Within minutes Hadley was online and helped me quickly and efficiently to get my token as well as change my email address.

To change a 1 Star Rating to a 5 Star Rating on Hellopeter:
- Click on the review that you published for Prepaid24.
- It will open the review.
- Scroll down to the Post a Reply window.
- At the bottom you will see a question Would you like to change your rating?
- Change the star from a 1 to 5 by clicking on the 5th star.
- The 5 Stars will change to green.
- Click on Publish.
- Your rating will now change from a 1 to a 5 .
