Excellent response, organization and caring staff
I have never used prepaid electricity before. I went onto the online chat and got some info from the agent. The response time was very quick, info was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. After having some problems with the Internet connection, I got a call from the lady who I spoke with on the online live chat and she then guided me further to complete the process. Within a minute, I received my access codes to activate the electricity and go a follow up message to ask if everything was successful. What excellent service and a great lady who showed initiative and care! Love to see such great customer care in practice. Thank you Candace, you made my day.
