Excellent customer service
I use prepaid24 to buy prepaid electricity tokens and I accidentally used the previous EFT reference in my payment.
This mistake happened around 20:30 - it wasn't 20 minutes before they contacted me asking how I want to allocate the funds I sent them.
They are active and awake even at this time of night. Freddy had the matter resolved in no time at all.
I recommend using prepaid24.
