Excellent client service
I was at first nervous to use Prepaid24 as I usually buy my prepaid electricity using SnapScan. The SS App was not working so I used PP24. Their free chat service is fast and Freddy, who supported me, was very professional and helpful. I then received a follow up call and a shortcut link for quick access. Very impressed
