I have nothing but admiration for the staff of Prepaid24. None I have dealt with was ever unprofessional. The easiest way to purchase electricity sitting at home. No more standing in ques at electricity vendors and having people shout at you. This time around I want to highlight a remarkable lady, Suenett, that assisted me when I encountered a small hiccup. Suenett's service remains superb and calmly sorted out what seemed like a lost cause. It is thanks to people like her that ensures that we are not leaving Mzantsi. She deserves FIVE stars.
