Electricity purchase through PrePaid24 is USELESS

PrePaid24 is useless. You create and account with a prepaid meter number - which appears to be validated by PP24 - and yet when you make a purchase, THEN, ONLY THEN, do they tell you that your meter isn't registered for online purchases ... and that it's not their fault (of course) but the fault of the Municipality ... and they they get back to you on the next working day ... so no power for 19 hours so far and now I must wait till Tuesday (after the long weekend) ... my freezer is already defrosting...
