Electricity Coupon

I'm overseas and did a prepaid payment to get my electricity coupon so that I could send on to my son in South Africa. I never got the e-mail and started panicking as My mom in law is on oxygen and I don't need the power to go off and then have to run the generator and so on. Went onto to prepaid and saw they have a live chat and a wonderful gent by the name of Brendan helped me and within minutes gave me a copy of the coupon. All sorted. Also gave me instructions on how to change my details so that I can get an sms with the coupon as I no longer use the old cellphone number. Well done Brendan
