Efficient Online Chat
<p>Had a small issue with electricity token not arriving after payment, so I logged on the Online Chat portal. I was very promptly greeted by 'Nigel', he was very friendly, asked a few questions and within 10 minutes, my electricity token had arrived. It's a great service with friendly staff, not much more you can ask for.</p>
