did not receive my electricity token via sms
Transferred funds to Prepaid 24 for Prepaid Electricity to the value of R 450.00 however never received my token via sms as per usual every month. Transfer was done at 9:12AM on dd: 2016/02/24. Tried to log a complaint with Prepaid 24 under support. Couldn't come right. No further contact details to resolve query.
