Customer support exceeds expectations
The Prepaid24 customer support exceeds expectations. After struggling with electricity purchases on banking platforms & Spar (where I usually buy electricity from), I tried buying on Prepaid24. The transaction had technical issues, however informed me of the issue which wasn’t on their end, and they got the problem sorted within a very short amount of time. I am now able to purchase electricity with no issues at all.
