Compliments for wonderful service

<p>I am a pensioner living in Pretoria East and would like to thank Prepaid24 and their staff for the fantastic service I have received from their helpful and friendly staff during the past two years, since we had prepaid electricity meters installed in the units in Wapadrand, Pretoria East. They have always kept everyone up to date with news regarding price increases, sending out SMS messages when the meter reaches a low level, are adding to services constantly and keeping in touch with e-mails. If only more companies could follow their excellent example of customer service in South Africa, it may become a better place to live - without constant violent and destructive protests throughout the country! Mr Motsoeneng should take note of how to run a business!?</p>
