CHATTING CHALLENGES WITH CLIENTS
I searched for Eskom prepaid electricity on Google, and among the many links that came up I chose Prepaid24. I found that it's what I've been looking for, thus, I immediately opened the link, and ended up with Prepaid24 Application on my tablet. That made it very easy for me to complete registration within 10 minutes. The next day (today), I was referred to a chat system for any query. I went onto their website and as the lady on the phone had explained, found the green bar on the right hand corner. After clicking on the bar, a chat ensued with a consultant, Vicky Malherbe. She addressed my request within a minute. All I had wanted was their email address.. Thanks a lot for this kind of a system, and one can only hope that more features will be added on this already much handy system.
