Brilliant Service

<p>I changed banks - from Standard Bank to Capitec. When I loaded my beneficieries onto my Capitec account, I used Prepaid 24's Standard Bank details instead of getting their Capitec account details. MY MISTAKE. I bought R3000 of electricity on Thursday but had not received a token pin by Saturday morning. I used LIVE CHAT on Saturday where the service was great. However because they money had not cleared into their bank account, nothing could be done at that stage.</p> <p>I waited to see if perhaps I would get a token pin today but nothing came through. I once again logged onto LIVE CHAT on Prepaid 24's website and soon was 'chatting to Brendan'. I gave him the details and emailed him my proof of payment, he checked and my payment had been received. He raised a query and within 15 minutes I got my token!!!!!! THANK YOU BRENDAN and Prepaid 24. An absolute pleasure doing business with you guys (VERY RARE in our country). KEEP IT UP.</p>
