Brilliant help
I had trouble buying electricity via Prepaid24 after a new meter was installed in my apartment. 25 minutes later, the online assistant re-registered my new meter and sorted me out! I have used the online support chat room many times when having trouble and each time it gets sorted out in minutes. Thank you!
