It was my first time using the Prepaid24 service to purchase electricity, needless to say I made a mistake with the reference I had to use with an EFT payment. Brendan who responded to my live chat query was extremely helpful. He is very efficient in communication, diligent and does not come across like someone who works from a script as is usually the case with people who work from client care centers. I would recommend that anyone experiencing issues with Prepaid24 direct their queries to ********** and use Attention Brendan on the subject line.
