Bad service prepaid 24

DONT USE PREPAID 24 THEY USELESS!!! I had a very very bad experience with prepId 24. I will never in my life use them again or refer them again. They take your money and never send it to the municipality forstarters. When u go to municipality to complain about your account they never get the money. And this morning we ran out off electricity. I go on my app they said r250 arrears so i paid r1450 which should cover r1200 electricity. I contact them they say the system is not right i should go to the municipality i said okay i want my money back. They said they can only pay tuesday back. I phoned the municipality they said i can pay the arrears rates and taxes amount and ask prepaid 24 to give me electricity. I contact prepaid 24 they said i must pay everything in prepaid 24 they will then pay it and give my electricity. I paid everything now they say im r1200 in credit. I said they must give my electricity for r1200 they gave me r40 electricity. I contact them again she now said she cant pay me i must go monday and get my electricity.
