Bad attitude and phone manners
Very bad service. Always battle with this service. Everytime a delay. Support team most of the time so arrogant. I did speak to Freddy. His attitude stinks and did not help me at all. He told me I had to load electricity earlier. Then maybe there will not be a problem. Really prepaid 24 must teach there workers manners.

Please note, as per our Website, that when you make a payment from your Capitec account to our Capitec account, please allow 30 minutes to receive your token.
The consultant was therefore trying to advise that to receive the token within shortest time frame you should consider making the payment closer to the 30 min period. For eg. if you would like to have your token by 10 am please consider making the payment 09:50 am.
