Hello MoMAK,

Thank you for taking my call and understanding that the R15 fee is not leveraged by Prepaid24 but indeed by your private metering company. Prepaid24 only facilitates the payment and delivery of your token and has no influence over the charges levied by your private metering company.

Some private metering companies have a monthly service fee and other have a per transaction fee. You have a Prepaidmeters.co.za Private Meter that levies an additional charge. Exactly why Prepaidmeters charge only for certain months and others not you will have to confirm with them directly. You can contact them on *** or www.prepaidmeters.co.za

It is very important to note that Prepaid24 do not have any additional charges. When you purchase through Prepaid24 you are merely using a payment platform to make the buying of electricity easier and safer.

I trust you will find this explanation in order and understand where Prepaid24 fits in the circle. Your complaint is really towards prepaidmeters.co.za and not Prepaid24 and we trust you will amend your complaint accordingly.

Thank you also for being a loyal client of Prepaid24 for the past 2 1/2 years.

Kind regards
Prepaid24
