Ange from prepaid 24 is a great professional
I neede to top up my electricity but couldn't do it through my banking app because it was offline due to the bank's maintenance. I totally forgot all my passwords and pin numbers not to mention how to use the site as I never use the prepaid24.com site to purchase electricity. Ange was extremely patient and professional and assisted me when she could have passed the buck and told me to try tomorrow again. She remained calm which calmed me too and I was finally able to top up my electricity. Thank you Ange
