All goes well until it breaks - Cameron saves the day!
<p>When I went overseas we asked that my wife's cellphone number replace mine for SMS of tokens. Unfortunately we weren't informed at the time that this necessitates a change to the "beneficiary code" with the bank. The resultant glitches were eventually sorted out ... until I made a payment from my personal account with a different bank - using the "old" code (mistakenly). Of course it didn't help that FNB's systems were down; what a runaround!!! Thank heavens for the user-friendly support-desk at Prepaid24 - and for the patience of a certain "Cameron". I don't know whether this was a 'bot' or a real person, but the empathy with which he dealt with the situation suggests the latter. CAMERON - here's your 5 stars *****</p>
