I bought R300 electricity on their site.

Then had a finger fault on my bank account site and only paid for R30.

Realizing my mistake I was worried that I only get electricity for R30.00

I then did another transaction from my bank app, for R300.

Then I though that these two payments on the same invoice number will be quite confusing for Prepaid 24.

I logged in to their site and live chatted with Ange.

Within a couple of keystrokes she ensured me that electricity for R300 was on its way to me and that she will make another token out for the R30 that was now floating in their system.

Apart from me getting her name wrong initially, this whole interaction left me very impressed by the operator and Prepaid24 as a whole.
