5 stars to Zandre who helped me when I could not get my meter to take my tokens. She was efficient, friendly and got it sorted in a very short time. When it is cold and wet out, you are dithering about climbing the ladder etc etc it really does help to have a calming voice offering help that works. Well done Zandre.
