Thank you for exceptional, friendly and fast customer service. South African businesses can learn a lot from you.
I had trouble loading a new meter on my profile because I did not have all the required info to do so, yet with the friendly help from Ange, Tarryn, Theo and Cecilè, I was able to get the meter loaded almost instantly and my purchase allocated accordingly without having to queue at the municipality or a paypoint. All this support and friendliness despite it being a lazy Sunday afternoon.
Hats off to all of you at Prepaid24 and thank you for all your help. Keep up the good work.
