I made a late payment on my Tshwane account. I did not reflect on their system on the 2nd of july yet, making it impossible for me to buy electricity. I contacted the call centre at PREPAID 24 to make sure that if I repaid the outstanding amount to them, if they would be able to clear the balanca and issue a voucher immediately (as I only had 5 units left). William sparks was efficient and helped sort it out. Within 10 min of me making a payment to prepaid 24, I had my Tshwane account cleared and A new vocuher issued. Now I will just have a nice credit on my Tshwane account when the new statement is printed and my payment eventually eflects
