2nd Time In 1 Month I have to resort to hellopeter
This is the second time in a 2 months Ive been left sitting in the dark with no electricity after paying for it and following the correct procedures fro Prepaid 24.

We tried to phone you a couple of times yesterday but could not reach you to discuss this second HP complaint.
It seems we have the same issue as on the first complaint. We have emailed proof of the emails sent by us on the delivery of your token to you yesterday. Please as discussed the previous times check your junk mail and confirm your email address again. Your transaction was processed in the customary 10 minutes and the email sent, yet you did not receive the email and it lead to this complaint once again.
Please take our calls so we can get to the bottom of this issue on your email and ensure that future transactions do not have the same problem.
