24 Hours

<p>So I am a first time user. Setup and paid R1000 by EFT, Standard Bank to Standard Bank. After 2 hours no token. Call centre says it is the Banks fault and will have to wait 24 hours, so no electricity. Never have this trouble with other Standard Bank payments. Better off driving to local shop. </p> <p> </p> <p>Where is the value for the customer in the non service from prepaid? </p>
