<p>Prepaid 24 advertised that they will start to deliver prepaid electricity service to Tlokwe residents on 1 August. I have tried using them today and what a pleasure. Will use them from now on every month. I was helped by Brendan and Gidoen via online chat. Great service from both of them. </p>
