I have used Prepaid24's services for more than two years to buy electricity for work (I manage a handful of properties) as well as airtime and data for the company cell phone. I specifically chose Prepaid24 because they have the option to make use of the Smartfund, as I do not have access to the company credit card and now the financial manager can just pay money into the Smartfund once a month. This works great for what I need.

I never expected the excellent customer service!!! Every single time I have had an issue, prepaid24 sorted it out immediately. Most of the issues wasn't even their fault (usually on my side or the electricity suppliers' side), but they will follow up and follow up until they can sort out your issue. Every single staff member that I have so far dealt with, radiated commitment to their job and concern for the customer's issue. Well done Prepaid24!
