Unhappy Customer

<p>I bought electricity for R200 this morning and eventually got about 39.3 units of which I usually get 98 when I buy for that amount.</p> <p>I questioned this when the lady at the till was helping. But she adviced to speak to the company itself. </p> <p>Is there a problem with your system that it's charging us too much yet little units. I need clarity on this ASAP. I cannot spend so much money on electricity a month.</p>
