******* way of installing meter box

Good day my name is Beverley and I am a tenant at a flat on Durban the landlord is a doctor in the jhb area the landlord has requested that prepaid meter kzn install a meter box all the while we been duped using this card meter number we are under the wrong impression we have been buying electricity for the past week and a half and recieved only 16 units for every 100s spent when looking at our slips we have queried that our landlord asked prepaid meter to do something where by we only get electricity to the value of r34 everytime we buy for a r100 meaning that our money is now going to landlord to what he been owing municipality this is ******* and would like it to be investigated
