Prepaid electricity *******

I have recently read a news report on a lady complaining about putting R500 electricity and getting 400 units. I think she's quite lucky.

We buy electricity for R1000 for a month and only receive at the most 400 units. This is during summer. During winter we have to put about R2000 worth of electricity.

For R100 we get 25 units.

Where is our money going?
