Terrible customer service and connection

There's always no connection, customer service is very bad and their technician is not helpful at all. They'll tell you to WhatsApp and report a problem yet they take forever to respond, when they finally respond you are still left with a unresolved issue. I've been calling , texting and I even went to their office but still.
