Poor customer service

I started using their services 7 March 2023. Their customer service is very bad. I asked for a technician to come fix something because the internet connection disppears for hours sometimes. I called 29 May 2023, which was a Friday and a guy promised to send a technician some time the following week. Tuesday 30 May 2023 before 12pm, I called their offices and a lady answered saying someone will contact me about the issue via whatsapp. I waited until late afternoon around 3pm and no one got in contact with me. I whatsapped them and they told me a technician is on his way to my area as were speaking. I waited until the following day and the technician didn't pitch. Around 1pm on 31 May 2023 I whatsapped them again and I was told they were speaking to the technician and they will get back to me and they didn't get back to me. 1 June 2023 around 11 I asked for an update and I got an automated message. I sent another message and I was only asked how can they assist, I stated my problem and no one got back to me. Today is 5 June 2023 and there's no technician who came or any update from the company as to what's happening.
