****ed as hell

well been asking for technicians to come and have a look at my wifi they out and i was told there is a tree blocking my signal and that they will bring a longer pole up until today no technician returned i call or whatsapp almost ever day cause i sit for hours without signal as im writing this email my wifi has been off since last nigh 18H00 till now i am trying to get hold of them with no answer on landline nor whatsapp line i have never ever haf to beg like this for a service i pay every month even before the payment due date
