Loss of pair of gold earings & changin price given

Jewellery was left with them on the 14/12/15.Was suppose 2 get bak to me 28/12. I enquired many a times only to be told factory was closed.Got bak to me towards the end of Jan I had left a pair of two tone chain &earing set to clean &; polish & a pair of gold earings to make two tone.They lost my earing and denied having taken it from me even tho I have proof in writing. However Vishnu said he wil give me the benefit of the doubt and will replace with no apology. I requested for cctv footage but said no its too far back and can't get. Now there is another issue.I have proof of price that they gave me 2 make up a gold chain & after losing my earing denying having spoken to me &; given prices & charging extra on this particular chain. I have many doubts regarding this branch as they have proven to me that they are ***** & I am now questioning the fact of them being knowingly dishonest to me.He accuses me of being confused in regards to pricing..How much more lies.How can I the customer be confused? Is it not he who is confused?I will never do business with them ever again & dreading 2 see their faces. Had it not been for my gold melted & used in chain I would not have taken it.
