Most pathetic customer service. The 'owner' Marlin is the rudest guy ever. All so confused about the way the business is run. He is a *****. We paid via EFT and refuses to give us our tyres, or a refund. The procedure changes daily, and all staff are clearly not on the same page. He just screams and shouts without listening.
