Delay in Claim Number 6128( Car accident)

17/03/2015 a Premium Trucking truck (***) from Tzaneen Limpopo reversed/roled into my white BMW at a robot intersection in Kempton Park which caused my car being seriously damaged from the front right hand side. The driver claims he did not see me. Traffic police took statements and our statements collaborates that he is at fault. I called Premium Trucking the same day and a lady on *** referred me to Ilze *** in their insurance department. The next day 19/03/2015 as i had enough i wrote a email of great disappointment to all the members of premium trucking and Ilze responded referring me to Damin Conell *** who is handling their insurance. Damin told me to email him all the necessarily documents of which it did so on 20/03/2015. I followed this up on26/03/2015 and 27/03/2015 Damin and i was referred to Lydia Sebola at Hollard insurance ***. I have been in-contact with Lydia at Hollard last week and again today 09/03/2015, she told me to wait since i am a 3rd but could not tell me how long and today whitest trying to resolve the matter she hanged up the phone on me. Its been too long and i do not get any clearity and i need my fixe
