Lack of Communication and struggling to get feedback on my Refund

Bought products from this supplier and made the payments. After a few days I tried to get an ETA on my orders. They have rep**** to WhatsApp that they did not have stock when I ordered but luckily have received again and my orders will be send soon. So I received one thing from one of my orders without any response to what is going on with the rest of my orders. When I asked them on WhatsApp where the rest of my orders is, no response. They ignore even my emails I have send to them. After a while when I asked them again what is going, they rep****, Oh the items is out of stock! So I said that I want a refund as it is a lot of money. After I asked for my refund on their WhatsApp, I get ignored again. They do not reply on when I will receive my refund. This place has no communication skills and it is frustrating. I am still waiting for feedback on my refund and there is no other way to contact them as there is no info on their website.
