STAY AWAY

I would stay away from this company as far as possible. On their website everything looks ledgit and the prices are very competitive, but once you place your order and pay for the product you will not receive it. Once you start googling you will find that there is no physical address for the comapny and when you call the telephone number listed on the website ***) it says that their call center is offline. On the website under Returns and refund policy the following is stated: " If delivery does not take place within 5 months of order placement the order will be considered to have been abandoned and you are entitled to a full refund without deduction." but I highly doubt that you will receive your refund as there is no way of contacting the company.

- 04/04/2024 Order placed - 26/04/2024 Estimated delivery date - 16/05/2024 New delivery date due to supply difficulties - 04/06/2024 New delivery date, factory confirmed - 13/06/2024 Have not received any further communication regarding delivery date - 20/05/2024 Have not received any further communication from them since.

I have enquired on the CIPC website, Premium steel is registered under Fabulous services and products (K***). Director of the company, Nadine Botha. Registered address, 11 Adjutant road, Elma Park, JHB (Residencial address) Telephone numbers regsitered, *** (not ringing) *** (voice mail, premium steel, all agents are currently busy)
