Premium steel, unacceptable customer service.
I have purchased and paid for a steel cupboard 4 weeks ago and this company never ever answers the phone. I was eventually answered on email and given a delivery date for Friday the 7th of July but nothing on Friday and no reply or answer on phone because their phone is basically there to tell you please email them?
Today I get an email saying my order will now arrive on the 17th of July. I have have promised my customer delivery because and now premium is making me lose my customers because they cannot deal with unreliable people and I look unreliable now.
This is not acceptable.

20 Jul 2023, 11:09I still haven't gotten any joy from this company. All I get is emails saying that they will only assist me if I take down this post.
They are now basically keeping my money because they refuse to assist me with a refund if I don't take down this post either.
I am considering legal action now.
