Premium Steel *********, Keeping my Money for an Item they Won't Deliver

I bought a locker online after I received the quotation. Invoice 13548. Turns out that although they advertise that they deliver in my area, Paarl, they do not any longer. This is what I was told when I got through to someone (eventually) who told me I could get a refund as it they had not updated the areas on their website accordingly. After several emails to them, I finally got one email back saying refunds take 7-14 working days. Well, that time has elapsed and I cannot get through on the phone which seems to be constantly on voice message saying they are all busy. I have again sent emails to which I still do not have a reply. They are not entitled to keep my money. This is theft. Please do not support this company, you will regret it. The fact that they just don't even have the decency to respond, signals that they are more than happy to just keep my money which they obtained under false pretenses. If a company falsely advertises on their website that they can deliver to your area, takes your money and then come refund ignores you, it's plain thievery. I wonder how long they will still be in business?
