Premium Steel are Con Artists ! Don’t fall for this !!

I ordered and paid for a chair last year. They never answered a single email of mine. They literally have a number online which goes to a private residence (the person answering had dealt with many similar calls). They take your money and that’s the end of it. I reported them to the consumer ombud and also went through a consumer goods protection claim. Basically that came to an end because Premium Steel didn’t answer them either. I lost R6000+ to these con artists ! They are beyond reprehensible! And their account will gladly take your money and that’s the end of the transaction.
