Order not delivered no communication from Premium steel

I have place order for R30000 end of February for an Oldagehome Pretoria.I still dont have my order deliverd.The telephone does not work and they dont respond to emails.They say you need to email to info@premiumsteel but no response This was received 27 Feb 2023 Your payment was received. Your order is scheduled for delivery on 19/03/2024. Please note that this is just an estimated date. If your order is out for delivery before the scheduled date we will email you. No delivery , Tried to contact them from 20 March till 8 April then got a response that delivery will be on 26 April no delivery and to date I still cant get hold of them and try to call 6x a day sent 8 emails no response .I have orderded from them in past and all went well thats why decided to use them again but now i am at the end of my line dont know what to do because there no way to contact them
