Your order has been found to not have been made due to this error on our part and we apologize for this oversight. We are contacting the affected clients and offering them the following two options: 1) Full refund of the paid sum upon receipt of your banking details and processing by our finance department. (This generally takes 5 to 7 days) 2) Reinstatement of the order with a new delivery date to be provided. Very important: If you are found to have posted any comments on any social media platform we will not process your refund or reinstate your order until the comment is removed. We are of the view that our temporary problems do not entitle anyone to permanently defame/mention our business on any public platform without our express consent in writing and regard such a mention/defamation until corrected as a reasonable cause to refuse to process a refund or manufacture the ordered goods. All present social media comments are being contacted with the same proposal and may elect to receive a refund/proceed with the order or keep their www.hellopeter.com comment in place. If not removed within 7 days of receiving this reasonable request we will allocate the full value of your order to delictual damages suffered if your comment is in fact adverse to our business. Please let me have your physical address and your management team. Please find attached a string of mails to yourselves regarding my outstanding order. I fail to accept that this is an oversight from your side. I have no intention of removing my comment from hellopeter until I receive a revised delivery date as per Option 2. Upon having received this by no later than close of business on the 22nd of November I will remove the comment. The delivery must take place before the 8th of December 2023. I believe the below is a standard letter that is sent to all the Hellopeter comments regarding Premium Steel inefficiency. Please bear in mind that social media is always on the customers side and certainly not on Businesses. Should I not get a favourable reply I will copy paste your below mail including the bold lettered “very Important” condition on Hellopeter and numerous other social media platforms. You have instead elected to adopt a belligerent attitude that has no place when someone apologizes to you and gives you two fair options. Based on your attitude we revoke option 2 as one available to you. Option 1 therefore only remains. Please proceed to remove your www.hellopeter.com comment that we have now observed you did write and we will refund you in full once you have done so. We are no longer prepared to manufacture these goods for you. We have refunded a number of clients that we failed to deliver to that never wrote a ww.hellopeter.com comment. The two are not linked in any way. We process hundreds of transactions every month and have merely experienced some manufacturing and system issues this year. www.hellopeter.com is not a reflection of our business. There is nothing wrong with us objecting to defamation however. As previously stated we require removal of the comment within 7 days upon receipt hereof or Option 1 will expire.
