Bad service from management

Ordered a steel locker Order #12923] (September 23, 2023) was promised my order will be delivered on the 18 October 2023, order not delivered, got email from management Good day We do apologise for the delay in communication. We received the following feedback from our factory. We regret to inform you that your delivery is delayed. This is as a consequence of a major failure in our equipment. We are working towards completing your order by 31/10/2023. As we are catching up the back log across all our lines. Regrettably we had to extend your lead time. Your new delivery date will be given on 1/11/2023. Still no feedback, not answering the phone. Should have read the reviews.
