Bad Business Practise

Ordered 5 cabinets (order 13030). Seeing that this company reads their Hellopeter comments rather than their e-mails or answering phonecalls. I would like to inform them that I am busy escalating this matter to our company laywers, then after sending a legal letter we will then open a ***** case at the SAPD. Refund our money or deliver the cabinets asap.
