Avoid Premium Steel!!!

Do not deal with Premium Steel (www.premiumsteel.co.za) !! They are an example of the risk consumers face from ordering products via the Internet, ending up with an ************ company. This is a second post; it is almost 4 months now since I paid for products from Premium Steel. Since then, many email have simply been ignored/not answered. They also never answer their telephone, always message about “our agents are busy”. About 2 months ago they sent an email with an excuse that their equipment is broken, a month later an excuse that my order was lost, simply lies! On 21 November they sent an email that they will do a refund within 5-7 days but only if I retract my previous post on this website, told them that ir will not happen, they then send another threatening email. They are threatening and harassing their customers who paid up front for products and simply expect service!! From comments on this website, I see it also happened to other customers. I will now also pursue other options. It is not just about the money; consumers should be protected against companies like this.
